The Club

The LRRCC club was established in 1993, it was formed to ensure that Off-Road RC racers had a place to call home within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. From its humble beginnings the club and facilities have slowly grown into what they have become today.

The club has managed to develop the site with a Driver's Stand, Scrutineering Shed, Race Control, Canteen and in October 2008 connected power to the site. There are plans in place by the current Committee to improve the facilities further when the club has raised enough funds.

The club currently provides race facilities exclusively for Nitro Off-Road Vehicles. The major classes run on the site are 1/8 Buggy and 1/8 Truggy, but the club does support the Monster Truck and 1/10 Stadium Truck classes when there are enough runners to make up a field to contest and the event. The club will also attempt to support other Nitro classes if there is enough interest from the racing community.

The club has successfully hosted:

NSW State Titles – Off Road Nitro

National Titles – Off Road Nitro

2008 FEMCA – Off Road Nitro

The club hopes to aspire to host the more International Events into the future.

LRRCC prides itself in providing a friendly and helpful environment for racers no matter the Age or Ability. So if you are interested come down to the track or contact the Committee if you have any questions on what needs to be done to get racing.
